This form is used to capture New Client details and add them to the mailing list.

Once form is submitted:

Client details will be added to your GrooveMail Contacts and tagged as CBW Client.

REMEMBER to advise Client that they will be added to your Newsletter

and that they have option to unsubscribe at a later date if they wish. 

Client will receive an email containing:

1. Cracking the Pain Code PDF

2. Welcome video for Cracking the Pain Code

3. Link to video Guide Walk-through
